How to Manage Multiple Counters Effectively

  1. Add Categories: Click the + Category button in the top action toolbar to define a separate tracking section.
  2. Add Counter: Click the + button inside any category header to add a new counter card to that group.
  3. Rename Counters: Click directly on any counter name or category title to edit it inline. Your changes save automatically to your browser.
  4. Increment & Decrement: Tap the large green plus (+) or gray minus (−) buttons on any individual card.
  5. Resetting Behavior: Reset an individual counter via its options menu (⋮), or click ↺ Reset All in the top header. Resetting all counters requires confirming an alert dialog to prevent accidental data loss.
  6. Export Your Records: When your session is finished, click Export CSV to generate a spreadsheet file for your records or reporting.

  • Practical Limits on "Unlimited Counters": The tool does not enforce artificial subscription limits or caps on counter creation. However, practical capacity is governed by your computer or smartphone's memory and browser rendering performance. For optimal responsiveness, we recommend keeping active sessions under 100 counters per page.
  • No Cloud Real-Time Syncing: Local storage persists counts on your current device, but it does not synchronize live between separate computers or mobile phones. To share or transfer counting sessions across devices, use the built-in Backup JSON and Restore buttons.
  • Distinction from Enterprise Inventory/Ticketing ERP: This tool provides fast, flexible manual counting and CSV reporting. It is not an automated barcode scanning system or enterprise resource planning software.
  • Preventing Data Loss: Regularly use the Export CSV or Backup JSON buttons before clearing browser history, cookies, or site cache.
